As the founding owner and director of Terrane Engineering since 2006, Jonathan has demonstrated a long standing commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for clients. His reputation for delivering exceptional quality design has attracted and sustained many long term industry relationships.
Jonathan’s commercial experience contributes valuable insight to the commercial imperatives driving development decisions for each project. As the Managing Director of Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers, Jon oversees the business management and company process development for our continued growth.

With a background in project finance, project management and property development spanning a broad range of industries including education, residential, mining accommodation, student accommodation and public spaces, Matthew provides a strategic and commercial approach to Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers’ corporate activities.
He is responsible for managing corporate governance, strategy and compliance, marketing, administration and financial matters.
A Certified Practising Project Manager and member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Matthew has worked with clients in a broad range of industries for projects ranging in value from several hundred thousand dollars to over $30 million. He utilises these skills to solve complex problems, manage teams in dynamic situations, and achieve timely and efficient project outcomes.

Joshua joined Terrane Engineering in 2009 as a Director to boost its growth and strength in the market. Over the past decade he has gained broad experience in the design of engineering projects in the urban, commercial and industrial environment, and has developed specialist expertise in construction compliance and local government engineering liaison.
As Civil Office Manager for Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers he oversees the staff working on projects ranging from early planning and design through to tender and construction. This role provides the key operational insight informing strategic decisions to which Joshua contributes as one of the company’s Directors.
With detailed understanding of relevant engineering codes Joshua’s teams can deliver on-target design outcomes for clients.

Kai is an experienced and qualified engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the structural design of commercial, government and public works, manufacturing and industrial, and residential projects. He has a consistent record that demonstrates his strengths in structural design and project management at a senior level. In particular Kai demonstrates strengths in the design of building structures and foundations, civil engineering structures, detailing of structured steelwork, reinforced concrete, tilt panel, masonry and timber structures.
After three years working in the oil and gas sector, Kai joined Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers to return to the challenge of the private construction and development sector. As a Senior Structural Engineer and Structural Office Manager Kai’s responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of projects, staff and client management and supporting the Directors’ corporate strategy for developing the company.

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering planning, design, drafting, construction, management and documentation. In particular, Andrew is highly experienced in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions and developments, water and sewerage supply and treatment, major and minor roadworks projects, across private sector development, Local Government and Main Roads, and various drainage projects.
As a Senior Project Manager and Civil Office Manager for Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers, Andrew is responsible for the day to day management of a range of civil projects within the office including planning, design, construction, team, client management, project delivery and quality. Andrew has a range of experience and skills to manage and delivery of any major or minor civil project to the required outcomes for our Clients.

Derek has more than 16 years’ experience in the design, design management, project management, and supervision of single and multi-discipline construction projects. He has been involved with the development of properties and buildings, land, trunk infrastructure, public projects, residential subdivisions, industrial, commercial, and retail sites.
Derek has managed more than 100 projects with Local Authorities in Queensland, from the Development Application stage to the Post Construction phase. He has also been a Project Manager for Transport Main Roads, responsible for the delivery of over
$300m in National Disaster Relief and Recover Arrangement (NDRRA) flood recovery road infrastructure works
As our Senior Civil Engineer, Derek applies his extensive engineering experience to provide integrated and practical engineering designs and oversees the delivery of a range of projects in our civil team.

Jordan has over five years of experience in the Civil Consulting Industry, predominately in the fields of infrastructure design, stormwater management drainage modelling and report writing.
Since joining the team in 2011 Jordan has worked on numerous projects within South East Queensland obtaining valuable experience and leading the civil team on subdivision infrastructure design, residential civil works, water sensitive urban design, flood alleviation / flood immunity design and knowledge of local Council Design Schemes and Planning Policies.
As a leading Civil Engineer, Jordan oversees the delivery of a range of projects within our civil team.
