Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers has the capacity to undertake residential and industrial subdivisions of up to 100 lots (per stage).

We can assist from project inception, through design development and approval, to the detailed design and construction phase. Our integrated design solutions are developed using the latest versions of industry standard 3-dimensional engineering software.

With a full knowledge of Stormwater Quality and Quantity treatment requirements and solutions we can provide all Site Based Stormwater Management planning and design.

Our experience of urban flooding helps us in understanding Council’s development and approval requirements. For sites affected by overland flow, river or other flooding sources, we can undertake a full range of hydraulic investigations and studies, including 1-dimensional or 2-dimentional inundation modelling.

We can also assist with Due Diligence investigations into servicing requirements for brown-field or green-field sites.

During construction, Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers can undertake engineering and contract administration services to help you deliver a compliant and complete project.

We are also Queensland Urban Utilities Endorsed Consultants and have extensive experience with Brisbane City Council Risk Smart and Seal Smart programs.

We are also in a select group of consultants to be included in Brisbane City Council’s DesignSmart “Operational Works and Plan Sealing Partnership” which gives us a competitive edge for the approval timeframes of suitable developments.
