Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers (MNCE) have been engaged as the civil and structural engineers for a 4-storey self-storage development located in Salisbury.

The site topography combined with the need for balanced cut and fill earthworks led to a split-level design which includes a 2-metre high retaining wall through the centre of the building.

Other challenges included soil contamination associated with past use of the site, and the management of existing boundary retaining walls.
