Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers (MNCE) provided full civil engineering services for transforming a rural lot into a 45-lot residential subdivision in the Lockyer Valley. Strategically located to support regional growth, the estate blends modern infrastructure with rural charm.

MNCE’s scope included earthworks, road networks, water, and coordination of underground utilities (power, telecommunications, and street lighting). A site-responsive stormwater strategy aligned with Waterway Corridor Works, enabling fish passage and supporting ecological connectivity and environmental compliance.

Community-focused features were central to the design, including dedicated pedestrian links, a reserve space for recreation and biodiversity, and street landscaping with locally adapted tree species to enhance visual and environmental quality.

MNCE also provided RPEQ-certified supervision during construction, ensuring roads, drainage, and services met all standards and council requirements.This project highlights MNCE’s ability to deliver technically sound, environmentally sensitive, and community-oriented infrastructure in a growing rural setting.
