UPPER COOMERA ROL + SERVICE STATION

Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers (MNCE) provided civil and stormwater engineering services for Lewani Springs Resort at 1 City Centre Drive, Upper Coomera.

The development included the parent 7 Lot subdivision, with a mixed commercial use on one of the newly created lots. The mixed commerical included a service station, food and drink outlets, a car wash which sits adjacent bulky goods retail and low impact industrial uses.

MNCE addressed design complexities such as integration with transport infrastructure and diverse site uses. A stormwater management plan was developed with hydrocarbon containment systems, graded impervious surfaces, and underground containment vessels. Detailed planning for internal roads, vehicle maneuverability, and utility services ensured seamless connection to city infrastructure.

MNCE coordinated with landscape, traffic, and waste specialists to meet environmental, visual, and operational standards, enabling a vibrant commercial hub that supports both vehicle and pedestrian activity while meeting statutory obligations.
